Servicing and Repair

We currently have 18 qualified service engineers, all registered with Gas Safe. These engineers have been trained to repair and service all different makes and models of gas appliances, usually by the actual manufacturer of the appliance.

We carry out work across the whole of Ayrshire, Kilmarnock, Ayr & Irvine, from Ardrossan to Girvan and across to Cumnock in the east  everywhere inbetween.

We carry out more than 20,000 visits to customers properties each year and have a purpose built computer database which includes all previous job history of each of our customers. This in depth information which we have build up over the last six years allows all our engineers & staff to know everything about the gas appliances installed in our customer properties. Having this sort of in depth knowledge combined with the backup of a large skilled workforce gives us a huge advantage over most companies in the West Coast of Scotland. We pride ourselves on our customer service and feel the key to our sucess over the last few years has been down  to the fact that we treat every customer individually and this is reflected in the fact that we have a rentention rate of over 95%.

We have won various customer service TEQ awards from Domestic and General who send out thousands of customer feedback forms each year.

Due to our repuatation locally we get appointed by various gas applaince manufacturers to be their offical service and repair agents. We are the offical repair agent for Vaillant Boilers, Robinson Willey fires, Glowworm Boilers, Straxgas fire, Burley fires and have recently been appointed as an offical repair agents for Independant Services.
